AppleCore Foods Ltd is a key player in the local food and beverage market dealing with the importation warehousing and distribution of such products. Amid the highly competitive environment, we differentiate ourselves by selecting and distributing high quality products and delivering a premium service to our clients.

Senior Management is committed to achieve and enhance Customer Satisfaction. We strive to achieve this in all our core activities of marketing, import and distribution of ambient, chilled and frozen food and beverage products. We do this by:

     – Focusing on the customers and anticipating their requirements to ensure customer satisfaction

     – Enhancing our sales efforts to establish ourselves as preferred suppliers to our clients

     – Maintaining and continually improving the quality of our operations

     – Ensuring continuous training and development of employees to enhance competence, organisational knowledge, commitment to customer focus and ensure that quality is at the forefront of all its operations 

     – Ensuring that the statutory requirements and legislation governing food and occupational health and safety are adhered to at all times

Our Senior Management team is totally committed to this Quality Policy and assures the provision and availability of resources for effective product realization. Senior Management reviews periodically this policy to ensure that it is continually suitable to the organisation’s needs.

This Quality Policy follows the ethos of our Mission Statement and is a shared commitment of all of us at towards customer satisfaction and organization’s success.
