A simple recipe for bread-making, but Lurpak makes it easier!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk
½ cup Lurpak
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
Salt
4 cups bread flour
3 tsp instant yeast
Egg glaze
METHOD
1. In a large bowl, mix the flour and the yeast, and knead the butter into it.
2. Add the salt, sugar, eggs and milk, combing all the ingredients together. Knead until a soft dough forms.
3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly-oiled surface and let it rest for 2 hours.
4. Knead again until elastic. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes.
5. Bake in 250 degrees.
