During this event organised by AppleCore Foods, Maltese guests enjoyed a 50kg Grilled Beretta Mortadella, adding to the experience on the night. The evening was also supported by Parmareggio, including their range of Parmeggiano cheeses, including the most noticeable Parmesan wheel, adding a special touch to a lovely September evening. Guests were also served mouthwatering finger food made from Beretta Salumi and hams; as well as Parmareggio Parmeggiano Reggiano Cheese, prepared to the minutest of detail by Chef Nicky Vella and his team. Guests also had the opportunity to taste various wines provided by Enba wines & more.
