The first ever edition of the Lurpak Cooking Challenge was held on Monday 27th May 2013 (9am to 3pm). 30 students competed for the Best Starter, Best Main Course, Best Dessert, Best Overall Dish and Best Use of Lurpak Butter.
The judges were Chef Joe Vella (Executive Chef, Hilton Malta), Chef Rennie Zammit (Former Executive Chef, Radisson Blu Malta) and Chef Steve D’Anastasi (ITS Malta).
