During this event organised by AppleCore Foods, guests were treated to a cheese-focused evening complemented by wine from Emmanuel Delicata Winemaker, and a range of cheese delicacies, prepared by Intercontinental Malta’s Executive Chef, Paul Borg; to the tunes of Edith Piaf and Django Reinhardt in the background. a Bongrain French Cheese display was also set up, in the presence of Mr. Felicien Baty, a French Cheese Expert.
