The management and team at AppleCore Foods send their warmest wishes to their loyal clientele and partners.

2012 has been quite a year for AppleCore Foods. The company, building on years of experience and success of its promoters, has managed to build an impressive portfolio of brands it is proud to represent in Malta. With its mission statement at the forefront of all the company’s activities, the company strives to meet and exceed customer expectations, and strives to unconditionally fulfill its customer service promise.

Throughout the past year, the company has also worked on creating a dynamic and flat organisational structure, and investing in resources, both human and physical, to contribute to the company’s success.

2013 will see the opening of the company’s warehousing facilities and new offices. The company will also continue to organise a number of media and client-focused events, which are all aimed at increasing brand visibility and experience.

A Charcuterie, Cheese and Wine Experience by AppleCore Foods

Retail and HORECA guests treated to a lavish end-of-Summer evening.

AppleCore Foods Ltd. held a lavish gastronomical evening for retailers and others general food service guests celebrating end-of Summer last Tuesday 25thSeptember, at the Bay View Terrace at the Marina Hotel within the Corinthia Beach Resort.

Over 300 guests enjoyed a unique experience, that was also attended by Valeria Beretta from Beretta Salumi, who provided first hand information about the Fratelli Beretta Salumeria and its range of parma ham and various salumi. Whilst the Beretta’s are celebrating their 200th anniversary, Maltese guests also enjoyed a 50kg Grilled Beretta Mortadella, adding to the experience on the night.

The evening was also supported by Parmareggio, including their range of Parmeggiano cheeses, including the most noticeable Parmesan wheel, adding a special touch to a lovely September evening. Parmareggio is renowned for having created a wide choice of cheeses enabling consumers to discover this extraordinary food.

In an evening during which the company sought to treat its loyal clientele, guests were also served mouthwatering finger food made from Beretta Salumi and hams; as well as Parmareggio Parmeggiano Reggiano Cheese, prepared to the minutest of detail by Chef Nicky Vella and his team.

Guests also had the opportunity to taste various wines provided by Enba wines & more, including a range of Reds ranging from Vaona Valpolicella Classico DOC (Veneto, Italy), Tenuta Cantagallo Enseda Chianti DOCG (Tuscany, Italy) and Le Farnete Barco Reale di Carmignano DOC (Tuscany, Italy); as well as some crisp Whites including Ernesto Picollo Gavi DOCG (Piemonte, Italy), Giancarlo Ceci Castel del Monte Bianco (Chardonnay) IGT (Puglia, Italy) and the Chateau de la Jousseliniere Muscadet Sur Lie  AC (Loire, France).
